why would you eat 4 servings of bagels at one sitting? im talking about one whole wheat bagel has 120 calories.

Probably one serving of a wheat bagel is 120. There are four servings, however, which means it's 480.

a ton of calories? no, one wheat bagel has 120 calories. that is not a ton. og, and when youre eating bread, eat wheat, not white. wheat bread is at least 2X better than white.

Muffins and bagels both have tons of calories. You're better off with whole grain bread, if you need carbs for breakfast. Which is okay, because carbs are good at the beginning of the day.

A typical large muffin can have up to 700 calories. I'd rather eat a steak dinner if I was goin to use 700 calories.

it depends. like i know cream cheese muffins have like 230 calories in one big muffin. stick with bagels to be safe, maybe have 2 or 3 muffins a week, not everyday.
