Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - hey if i run up and down my stairs like go up 1 then down 1 and do that 10 times will that be a good workout plus im gonna work out on my ab lounge sport before i do that and its really hot outside so thats why i want to run up and down the stairs and its like 16 stairs all together thanks and if i can get replies within like 30 minutes that would be great cuz i want to do it while im motivated thanks a TON!!...and good luck with all your weight loss

Running stairs is a great workout. Teams such as soccer, track, and football do them for their workouts. Just be careful you don't slip and fall.
