Ht. 5ft 8, Wt. 210 Goal 150/160 - I think I need to talk to God, It's really freaking me out when my friends and I arte talking about him, i feel a cold chill throughout me! I don't know wather this is belief or dis-belief?? Do you think god will help motivate me into eating right?-If he's really there

YES!!! if you ask God to help you, he will guide you through your tough times. you won't lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks, but you will lose it eventually if you keep working at it and keep talking to God.

Yes I believe if you put all of your faith in God he will help you through your time of strugle.He will work it out if you pray and let it take its course.
