Ht. 5'5", Wt. 131 - Lost 2 more pounds!!! Does anyone know if cheese is negative calories? I had a slice of type of hard cheese called Dubliner and it is 110 calories and 0 fat. I was just wondering if it might be negative calories. Please post back.

I don't know for sure, but my guess is no. Cheese usually is not great for you.

If it has more than 70 calories, chances are that it isn't.
