Ht. 5' 0, Wt. 124 - gawd, i need more will power. i wanna lose 15-25 lbs by january and im too lazy and hungry to do it. january is wrestling season and im kinda obsessed with wrestling. last year i only missed 1 of my teams meets and it was like 3 hrs away and my dads bday. lol. so help me pleaz!!!

All you need to do is to focus, think to yourself I WONT SNACK, I WON'T SNACK. Also, I went to bed early, woke up at 5, o clock, did some aerobis and then went for a jog. Trust me, it works. I'm now on the running and athletics team at school! My parents are even trying to fatten me up a bit because I'm so slim. Try sticking to fresh fruit and veg. Remember - an apple a day keeps the doctor away!lol! jokin! But do try and have at least five pieces of fruit or veg a day. Also, try chewing gum, it makes you comcentrate on the gum and you dont snack on foods! Good luck! Plz reply! Bex xxx
