Ht. 5'11, Wt. 190 - Okey You guys... another thing I would love to lose like 50 pounds by December... Does anybodt got any tips for me and actully have a set diet to go by????

hey, dont aim so high in such little time because its not setting you up for succes.. its just a way of failure kind of. ok so heres what you should do. say i really want to loose five pounds and work at that hard and then once you loose that say i really want to loose 5 pound and keep doing that

k eat 1400 cals a fday any less nd ure metabolism will slow down. 200 cals -breakfast, 400 cals lunch, 500 dinner, 300 as snacks. AN hour of cardio 5-6 times week. GOOD LUCK!!
