1 grilled chicken sandwhich
1 1% chocolate milk (pint)
2 200 calorie Buritos
2 diet cokes
total calories: 900 calories
Exercise:
5 min. up and down stairs
500 crunches
100 triecpt curls
100 bicept curls
500 squats
Do you think this is good for tommrow
