Reply from nikki, Age 17 - 09/15/05 - IP#: 24.141.43.xxx i think everyone knwos this feeling. i found one way to break it although it oly lasted 3 weeks. i call it one week boot camp. what u do. is u try and try till u get 3 days. 3 days only. of only eating 3 meals a day (healthy) . the tips to do this are. LOTS of water. gum. and. restrainment if needed. anythign! pretend its life or death (i went to my grandmas where she buys old peopel healthy food cuz my family has junk). anyways. u feel proud that u accomplished this. and when i went home. it was easier to maintain. then after the first week. weigh urself. the weight u loose. if any, even a pound. should inspire u. just think. ur doing it. it is possible . and hundreds of peopel a year do it. you know u can. anyways. this just gets ur confidence up. the 3 days are the hardest and i think its easier to do it if u dont tell urself its easy. tell urself its brutally hard but will be over soon. (the week). it will become habit. i really hope i helped. and im trying again for the three day thing again. i only managed 2 till today. tomorrow again. for good this time! goodluck!!
