Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 275 - Hey everyone. I'm going grocery shopping with my husband today and I need some ideas of what I should get that healthy. my husband is in the military so he had to be in shape, so he doesn't really need to worry about eating healthy, but I do, So what kind of stuff shoud I get and what should I do to lose some weight?
