Ht. 5 3, Wt. 130 - hey, i was wonderin if any of you guys could help me. ive been on my diet for about a year now and have lost 33 pounds, but now im so scared of food i dont want to put any of it down my throat coz im scared of getting fat again. does anyone know how to get rid of this feeling?

hey okay theres this thing like when you dont eat your stomach will start eating itself to keep you alive and it will eat your muscles and such and like so if you dont eat then you get really sick and thats how people die from being anorexic............im not sure if this is completly true but it might be so i hope this scars you enough to eat i would rather be fat then not eat at all cuz i would not be able to do that to my body

remember how u gained weight. it probably wasnt because u had 3 balanced meals a day right? so dont feel bad unless you over eat or eat really bad food often (which is probly how u gained weight) if u cant comprehend this u mgiht have an eating disorder. get help. good luck though! and congratulations on the loss

omg hey okay the same thing happend to me i lost 55 pounds and i after that i didnt eat for like weeks cuz i was afaid to eat so i got help i went to my bf and he talked me throught everything and , u know u wont loose anyweight by not eatting and it will just hurt u take it slow i cried every day i had to eat and when i looked in the mirror i cried again cuz i could see me self geting bigger cuz i aet it is a horriable feeling so im here for u if u need to talk my aim is lovenparadise21 ,, and u can email me at lovenparadise21@aol.com good luck

realize u got fat on your own, not the food. u put the fat food in your mouth. now your making another mistake by not eating food. u need to make yourself a strict diet, to not eat any fried, sugary, or fatty foods. no processed foods, only a little bit a week, like once a week. just stop obsessing about it, and don't become anorexic. just congradulate yourself on your weightloss, and congradulations!;) u can do it!

Sounds like you have an eating disorder. You should get professional help before it gets out of hand.
