Ht. 5 2 , Wt. 171 - I have a problem ok and I could really use someones help ok. well, all my friends are basically smaller than me and they always trade clothing and then there like Tia do you wanna trade? but I know I cant because i'm too fat. I'm like a size 13 - 14 and my friends are like 5-6. Can someone please help me? PLEASE REPLY PLEASE! I COULD REALLY USE SOME HELP!

Reply from brooke, Age 13 - 09/15/05 - IP#: 12.219.12.xxx just well eat less... i guess im not on a real diet, lol. run/ walk 2 miles a day, do 100-200 crunches, and maybe join a sport, thats a good way to start losing weight. now that im in volleyball ive been losing weight a lot quicker.
