Reply from cassidy, Age 14 - 09/15/05 - IP#: 71.32.197.xxx okay, ta y'all...this is what u do: make your own restrictions. if u need to eat a lot of bread, then u also need to make an extra effort to work out 10 more minutes than what i suggest. don't eat sugar, or anything fried. if u do, just promise yourself, and try to keep your cravings down. if u have a really bad habit with eating sugar, look at yourself, or at a pic of someone u really want to look like, and madivate yourself. in fact, go for a jog, keep yourself busy. if u keep your mind off your cravings, u won't have 'em! eat 5-6 small fist-sized meals everyday. don't, please don't NOT eat breakfast, lunch or dinner...you'll just make yourself a muscle-less blob.muscle burns a lot of cals. eat every three hours, and make a small portion on your dinner plate of what ever u have 4 dinner, cause my mom cooks for me, and she lets me get my dinner, so i put a small portion and voila! also, stretch before and after u workout, which should be cardio(running, really fast walkin, jogging, ju,ping rope, etc) and 10-20 minutes of weight training, like crunches, squats, stuff like that, because u really don't want to make yoursel too muscular, believe me, i have really muscular legs, but i do spilt positions to be more "elastic" and make my muscles longer. NOTE: if u really r motivated, you'll succeed. if u know what u want, and your patient, and u DON'T RUSH IT, you'll be fine. keep a few pics of skinny, flat stomachs, slender legs, and small arms, and you'll be extra motivated!
