Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - What's a good exercise to do in the morning?I run in the afternoon, so don't give me that or walking.
Reply from Shekina, Age 17 - 09/16/05 - IP#: 156.56.122.xxx Yeah, but it's pretty long, here it is though: -25 crunches or sit ups (I prefer sit ups) -25 twists (stand with feet shoulder width apart and twist from the waist, trying not to move your hips) -20 bends (stand with feet shoulder width apart and keep your arms straight out from your sides and just bend to the left and right) -20 lunges -20 squats(bend your knees and when you come up kick one leg to the side, then squat down again and kick the other leg to the other side) -20 weight lifts with a bumbell in each hand, palms facing outward, and bend from the elbows up towards your face( sorry, they have a name but I can't think of it lol) -20 weight lifts where you have your hands behind your head and have 1 dumbell between your hands and bend from your elbows till straight above your head(again it has a name, but I don't remember) -20 push ups Sorry if you don't understand some of the exercises, I explained them the best I could. Anyways, I have lost 10.5 pounds in the past 6 weeks, but I hadn't been very commited to this (I didn't go for my walks, rarely worked out and cheated on my diet) until three days ago, when I pushed myslef to do it, and I lost 2.5 pounds. But a total 10.5 pounds, I've never lost this much at one time, so I am so excited!!! GOOD LUCK!

Reply from Shekina, Age 17 - 09/16/05 - IP#: 156.56.122.xxx I have made a routine for myself where I get up in the morning, and just do things like push-ups, sit-ups, weight lifting for like 10-15 minutes... And then I go for a walk in the afternoon! It's working nicely, hope I helped!
