Ht. 5'3 1/2, Wt. 150 - I've lost 5 pounds this week so far and it's all been based on gym at school, track, doing crunches and a 500-1000 cal diet :) 30 more lbs to go.

500 cals?? that puts you're body into starvation mode and clings onto fat..but other than that good job!

that aint healthy...gud on the exercise bit :) but u should eat more...well done tho :D
