Ht. 5.5 foot, Wt. 110 - I used to go on this site ages ago but now i dont need to i have gone from being 150 pounds to 110 pounds all i did was for three weeks excercised everyday and made a food plan where i cut out all junk food completely and its wokred so you all can do it if you have any questions feel free to ask! good luck to eevryone

Reply from kerrie, Age 15 - 09/20/05 - IP#: 81.76.9.xxx well i just cut out all junk food and ate good foods, such as saladsa, fruits, and i only drank water, for my exercising every day for an hour i would play on my dance mat or do a work out video after this for half an hour i would walk around the block if you do this every day you'll have no problems !!
