Ht. 5'10, Wt. 240 - I had a question, I been exercising 1 hour a day non stop doing cardio on a treadmill. I push myself pretty good and I never even checked my scale yet to see if I lost weight but I think I did. My question is where does your body decided to lose mass first? I seem to have lost a fat roll i had on my back and it seems my lower body is getting thin since my clothes are real loose now. My stomach seems the same, so my question is, its just random?
any help or feedback would be appreciated =)

Im pretty sure its like what the first person said, orcy, i think. Its like where you have the most fat, but I also heard that you lose it from your boobs first..but maybe that is where it is easily noticeable?!?

it depends on what kind of exersizes your doing for body parts

Your legs and your back will probably be the first two places you lose weight (noticably) because your legs do a lot of work and so does your back so they will be the two places gaining the most muscle. I'm sure that if you keep up your routine that you'll stomach will start changing just like eveything else. But that is not to say that spot training works to lose weight-that only tones or bulks you up depending on how you do it.
