Ht. 5'9, Wt. want to get to 155 - hey everyone! i play softball year round, and this past saturday I tore my meniscus in my knee. I have just recently started dieting and exercising a lot. But now, I have to get surgery in 2 weeks, and I am going ot be on crutches for like 1 month. So, how am I supposed to get my workouts in? I know I can still eat right, but I'm afraid i will be lazy once I get done with my knee.

o0o i had a problem too during my softball season. i tore off a piece of my pelvis trying to do thr splits. and omg. i havent like done anything right yet since then. ive just noticed that. i havent been exersizing or eating right. i havent got fat but i feel lost.!!! im gunna be getting my gym membership this weekend so that will hopefully help a lot. thank you. i need that slap on the face to keep me on track

I had the same problem when I tore my patella tendon in my knee playing hockey.There's not really anything you can do.Just eat as healthy as possible and pray for a fast recovery.Even after you're off crutches, it will still be a while before you're fully healthy.Trust me, it's hell.
