Ht. 5'6, Wt. U dont wanna know - Ok, has anyone ever heard of pacers?? Its a running thing you do in gym and as some of you may know I HATE running. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew approximately how many sessions of Tae Bo it would take to get into "ok" shape....is this even possible to estimate? If so plz let me know...thanx!
