Ht. 5'6, Wt. U dont wanna know - Ok, I know losing weight is hard...REALLY hard.. but I cant seem to stay away from food or even get off my butt to exercise...I dont know what to do..anyone have any motivational tips?

well the food is the main thing that you should change because its the most important so if you can control yourself make up a chedual of what to eat and when to eat it. or just make a schedual of what all to eat in a day adn mark it off if you ate it and spread that food out throughout the day

Thank you! I thought about the two day thing and your right...this summer when I was doing exercises every day I would get up at 9 at night just to do Tae Bo, so yea, I need to force myself and I dont know anything about the food....sorry...THANX THO!

all you gotta do is force yourself to do those exercises two days and then you will be in a good routine and you will feel really bad if you miss a day ...so yeah just get in a routine and get on with it...about the food thing i have that problem to so if you have any tips please share
