Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start: 218 Now: 205 - A couple of weeks ago, I was eating at Steak and Shake, and I was saying how I wanted to lose weight cause I am fat/overweight. Well, this kid that really likes me was like don't lose weight, you aren't fat, your skinny! And I have a friend who says that I look good (her exact words were "pleasantly plump"), and that I should get down to 160 instead of 140, but technically I won't be at a healthy wieght till I am 140. So I have been wondering if I am really not that fat and maybe I will be too thin at 140, and do guys see girls sizes differently than girls do, like do most guys think I am not fat, or is this guy just weird??????

He is trying to gain weight and I dont kno wut to tell him and everything me and his family have done has done nothing. So could u gimme some fattening foods he should eat and how many calories. He cant fit in his pants and shorts from last year, he can get his legs and butt in but his belly blocks the zipper from goin up all the way. And he said that the ones he could fit in he almost busted the button off. Got any tips for doin the same this year he wanted me to ask.
