Ht. 5'2, Wt. 172 - Hey! I just relized I can post on the teens board now because I'm a teenager! lol anyway I got a treadmill and i was gonna start running/walking 1-2 miles each day we also have a gazelle which i call the booty machine I'm really excited to loose weight i'm gonna have a salad for dinner tonight

good luck, if your just starting on a treadmill I would suggest you start at 30 mins a day for 1 week and eventually after maybe 1 week bump it up to 1 hour if your ready or to 45 mins, but eventually you will want to do 1 hour a day for best results.
