Ht. 5'3, Wt. ??? - okay i am bored so im gonna post what i am thinking of eating tomorrow and ask if you guys think it sounds good or not.....5:30 breakfast: im thinking a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich egg cheese and a sausage on a biscuit thingy....12:05 something like m&m's from the vending machine (i know its candy but it helps keep me satisfied till i get home at 3:00 cuz school starts at 7:30-2:10) ....3:00 lunch: a sandwich and a yoplait yogurt 1% fat.....? dinner: whatever my mom makes but not a lot of it....and all im gonna drink is water how does it sound?

everythong sounds good except for that biscuit and the m&m's. u should eat something a little better

try to drink mmore milk. Even though it has calories, bone density can increase up to age twenty something and then it goes down from there so you need milk at your age!!!! you also need more fruits and veggies. Sure you want to lose weight, but if you eat m&m's then you'll still be unhealthy. you can have 2 fruits instead of a small pack of m&m's, or a huge bowl of salad!!!!

Sounds ok but that breakfast sandwich doesnt sound too good, you should really try to have a lighter breakfast like maybe a bowl of cereal in 1% milk if you can and a piece of fruit, maybe a bannana.

it sounds ok, but maybe have a granola bar or a reduced fat candy bar instead of M&M's. make sure you drink alot of water and exersice!
