Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - Here is what i did today : for breakfast i ate like 3 teaspoons of cheerios... i wasn't very hungry i don't know why tho. But anyway in PE we did lines which is running back and forth between lines for 7 minutes and then jump ropes for 7 mins and tae bow or some work out video for 7 minutes and tae chi for 7 minutes another work out video... and for lunch i ate a hamburger and a little thing of chocolate milk and came home jumped on trampoline probably 30 minutes total and dinner i ate one taco I also ate on hot dog on a bun wit ketchup and i walked to the store wit my sister 6 blocks there 6 blocks back...I also got a bottle of moutain dew... how did I do ?

Well you did good with exercising, but I will be honest with you, you have to eat a little healthier if you want your exercising to help. For lunch dont east hamburgers, pizza, hotdogs but instead make a sandwich on whole wheat bread. For dinner try not to have tacos or any fast food but if you eat out have a submarine sandwich on whole wheat bread as well and if your mom cooks somthing just try to eat less of the serving.
You did a lot of exercising but if you want to lose the weight faster I suggest you stay away from the taco and hamburgers, good luck.
