Ht. 5'3, Wt. 132 - recently i weighed 115 and i loved it!!but soon after i entered a foster home i gained 17 pounds im so sad b cuz im fat i cant fit into ne of my cute clothes n e more but the more upset i get the more i seem to eat someone help!!!!

same thing happened to me recently because I've been having family problems. It's sooooo discouraging and I feel like a fat slob:( I never thought I'd gain so much weight so fast

that's only a little bit to lose but i know it's going to be tough because you're small not obese. so jsut drink pleanty of wter and exscersize liek on a tredmile. they really do wonders.
