Ht. 5'3, Wt. 132 - im 5'3 132 how many calories a dayshould i be eating?i want to be able to drop 10 to 15 pounds in 1 month is that a realistic goal? if so what is the right diet and exersize plan?

it realistic if u think it is. work really hard to lose that 15 pounds!

Wow!! I'm really similar. I'm 5'3, and am 127lbs (I wanna lose about 10-15 lbs). I think because we don't have as much fat to lose, it's gonna take us longer. I've been eating REALLY good and exercising a whole bunch, and I've only lost 5 lbs in the past 2 months. so I don't think you can lose that much in that amount of time.

I think that 10 pounds in one month is realistic with lots a water everyday, small portioned meals, with veggies, add fruit in too. and lots of kickboxing and cardio, 30-40 minutes a day...good luck!!
