Ht. 6'0, Wt. 229 - hey what do u guys think of this. i will not eat any soda or junk food. eat cereal in tha mornin and eat a granola bar and water for lunch. eat and apple or yogurt for snack after school. eat whater my mom makes for dinner but not much. what do u guys think i should do when we go out to eat or we order pizza or somehting. i dont have the willpower to say no. please help. thanx

look i can tell you Alright on Monday I started my pre diet to get me ready for next week. so i just cut out fried foods, soda and chips then on friday my mom bought some kfc chicken and i did'nt have anything else in the house to eat so I end up eatin 3 pieces now I could of just said f*** it I give up and stopped dieting but I really wanna lose weight and I lost a good amount so I knew I could'nt give up . Will power is something you have to decide you want it to be. I believe it can mean diffrent things for diffrent people me well Im tired of being fat Im very energetic and its kind of hard when I have about 60 extra pounds on me good luck and keep what I said in your head remember you're not the only one struggling to lose weight much love

first of all my ex bf is 6'0 and weighs 210 and he is nto big i think he's perfect! and if you have a personality girls will think your hot no matter what. guys have it a lot easier then girls lol. but like i tell everyone drink a bottle of water liek befor every meal so you get a little fuul.
