Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 - Hiyahz peoplez Wellz todayyy : i ate some cheerios for breakfast we had other stuff to do in PE no exercise and for lunchhh.....I ate another handburger and a apple and a carton thing of chocolate milk.. I jumped on the trampoline not that long like 10 minutes :( so barely any exercise two hot dogs for dinner 2 bottlez of water today and I think ima jump on the trampoline a little more tonight hope everybody is doin great wit the weight loss by the way people who don't like what i writeeeee (dena and julie) DON'T REPLYYYY!!!!!!! okiez *~Montana~*

QUICK ADVICE:work on the size of your helpings dont get big portions and dont get more than you can eat.going on your trampolene sounds like great exercise.when u get home from school have a peice of fruit.it sounds like the only problem you have is portion size work on that : -)
