Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-GOAL:160 - Hey everyone, its a new month comming and my goal for this month is to get 10 more pounds off my breakfasts will be a granola bar with milk, or a nutri grain bar with milk, or a bowl of honey nut cherrios. Lunch is salad, and dinner is anything me or my dad make but very small portioned. And for exercise, I plan on buying another tape, but I already have the Denise Austin Blast Away 10 pounds, and I ude my stationary bike for 30 minutes a night. Is this a good plan, oh and I drink alot of water daily.
