bfast- 1/2 piece of wheat toast with peanut butter and grapefruit juice
lunch- carrots
dinner- lean cuisine
snack- green apple./ green tea
exercise everyday!!!!!!!!!

honestly i dont eat think u ate nearly enuff but if u dont eat this little evereyday then i guess thats ok?

Actually, a LITTLE bit of peanut butter every once in a while isn't bad. I'd say that you did great today!!! Maybe a little more of a lunch, though, just to keep you from getting overly hungry? But, awesome job!!
