Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Alright, I can't go outside tomorrow so is running up and down my stairs a good cardio?If so how long should I do it?It's a 12 step staircase.

LOL!! 12 step staircase ok yea well thats a bit of a problem but uhhh you could like just do some crunches and jumping jacks or runn in place wit headphones listening to music or runn in place while watching t.v. LOL or just skip a day! weres_thelove@hotmail.com for msn thanx

yes its very good i do it like 5 times (up and down equaling 1)and then 5 more and I got about 12 stairs too

stair steping is really good cardio. u should sprint up and down maybe 3 times, rest, and repeat about 4 times
