Ht. 5'4, Wt. 170 - My day hasent been to bad iran of course on my diet a bit but did not eat as much as i would on a normal day so thats a bonus it's a slow process but i'm goint to a halloween party any i dea how much wheiht i can loose in 4 weeks? thanks for all your help.kt.

if u try real hard u can lose 4-5 lb a week good luck :-)
