Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 208 - Hey! Im doing soo good, i started running with my cousin and im putting off weight! I also walk home with my best friend and thats like 40 minutes, i might try out for soccer, i feel so good! Today i had a half a yogurt, and water, a salad with lemon on top instead of dressing and 2 hard boilied eggs! Howd i do?!

I'll agree with everyone else. Eating a bit more will only help. Also, try jump roping, I've lost 30 pounds jump roping for 40 minutes a day.

you need to eat a lot more try eating around another 750 calories

Sounds good but make sure you are not starving yourself either, if you feel hungry have somthing liek a fruit or somthing, because if you are not giving your body enough food your matabolism will slow down.
