Reply from Lana, Age 15 - 10/06/05 - IP#: 12.64.234.xxx Yeah, that doesn't seem to unreasonable, but it is a tough goal. The best plan you can count on is cutting portion and working out daily. I recamend jump roping. I lost 32 pounds over the summer jump roping for 40 minutes a day. Also it is a good idea to cut out things like ice cream. That may seem hard, but if I can do it, anyone can.
Reply from Lauren, Age 15 - 10/06/05 - IP#: 82.3.32.xxx Yea sure you can lose that amount if not more! eat 1200-1300 cals per day, 2litres of water, 5 portions of fruit and veg (note - 1 glass of orange juice counts as 1 portion!) and burn around 250cals per day by doin cardio then every other day do toning exercising. if your not sure how to do them, search in google! good luck!
