Ht. 5'0, Wt. 467 - !HELP! i am really fat and need to lose weight, can anyone help me???? i look really fat and i gain weight real quickly and i cant get a boyfriend, also i out grow all my clothes really soon after gettin them because i gain loads, plz help! thanks

If you do try to cut back or give it up all together, but dont deprive yourself because you will just end up binging. I can tell you from expierence that the number 1 thing you have to have in order to lose weight is FAITH! just believe and you will make it happen, NOTHING NOTHING is out of reach TRUST ME!!
