EKK! I DONT THINK THATS TOO HEALTHY... USUSALLY LIKE 1 POUND OR A LITTLE LESS LIKE A HALF POUND OR LIKE UP TO 3 POUNDS.. AT HEMOST! SO I DONT THINK THATS TOO HEALTHY.........................WELL GOOD LUCK! AND U DONT WANNA LOSE WEIGHT THAT FAST,.. Maybe the first couple week you start losing weight, but after that about 2 is good.

5lbs per week isnt healthy aim for 1-2.5lbs per week at least then you'll be losing fat and not muscle and plus the weight wont be put on as easily. but if you lose weight fast, you'll put it on fast too
