Ht. 5'8, Wt. 176 - Hey everyone,
I'm so happy! I lost another 4 pounds!! I was 180 for the longest time now im on the border line of 175:)Last night I went on my mom's Xl-glider she bought cause we've both been dieting and I burned 999.9 calories!! I feel so great. Everyday I'm gonna go on the glider and burn 500 calories. Also another way I have lost weight was I eat Raisin Bran everyday for breakfast and I mean everyday. Sometimes even twice a day cause the fiber is really good for you and it may sound gross but it cleans you out and you loose even more weight:) So far today I ate a bowl of raisin bran and 2 cups of hot cocoa cause its so cold outside. I'll probably have a yogurt for lunch and something small for dinner. If anyone has any comments please post I love to hear them.

yeah yogurt for luinch might help you drop weight. u can do it occasionally. as .long as u realize that its not a "normal" healthy lunch and when ur done loosign weight ur gunna have to eat more than that. or ull be malnourished and stuff.

a yougurt 4r lunch!!! that like starving ur self , diet safe ,, have a sanwich and a glass of milk or juice,, gd luck ,and congrats
