Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 205 - Today for lunch i had a SMALL bowl of cheerios and an apple. I went grocery shoppng and ate about a serving of trail mix. For Dinner im having a veggie burger and a small salad. Bad thing is that i didnt run today cuzz my cuzzin who i run with is working late tonight and yesterday i had to go somewhere. Im running tommorrow (3 miles a day) am i doing alright?

Hey yea actually running 3 miles a day is really good!yea i think your the one that resoonded to my ``add`` uhh yea i use to eat TONS of junk food and was lazy and then i started working out and not eating fattening stuff and lost it all. if ya wanna talk add me and then msn me at weres_thelove@hotmail.com it would be cool to talk with ya!

I think you are doing great! Just remember you need to eat to loose weight and give you energy. You can eat all the veggies you want and it will satisfy you. I like celery with peanut butter and the peanut butter has protein. I hope I helped!
