Ht. 6 ft, Wt. 230 - Hi. my name is chad. i just want to no how to lose up to 20 to 40lbs before december 15. thats when my skools homecoming is and i wanna go with someone that likes me and doesnt just want to go as "just friends" it just isnt fun with just "friends". so if someone can help me, that'll b great. i dont eat meat (except chicken) and i dont eat fish. i usually eat special k ceral with soy milk for breakfast, lunch i dont no, and for dinner im starting to eat soy burgers. also, im not gonna b drinkin pop unless its ok, cuz my teacher said he stopped drinkin pop for just a month and he lost 10lbs.....would sprite zero still b good tho, it has nothin in it..... someone........HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!

Shhh! Don't freak out, it'll be okay! Eat healthy foods, steer away completely from fast food restaurants -- ewww!!!! Fruit and veggies -- I am a vegetarian myself. It might be hard, but do your best! Drink lots of water and exercise as often as you can! Good luck! You can do it!

well I don't know about everybody else but over the summer I use to just try to drink water but it was hard so my nana told me about sprite zero and i actually liked it. so I would drink that when I had cravings for soda but I mostly drink water and after a while u get used to just drinking water. So my suggestion is to drink it when you really feel like u want soda but always water is the best to drink. hope I helped u good luck. Thats my goal to 40lbs

ok well if you cut otu pop completely then after time youll not like it any more.. beleive me when i say that and just get exersaize into your daily routine and itll start coming off if you keep up the healthy eating
