Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Hey peoplez Todayyyy I had a bowl of cheerios for breakfast for lunch I had a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup (EW) 80 calz and since I didn't like that I made a peanut butter and honey sandwhich...on white bread.. thatz all I have ate today and I was throwing a ball around wit my 6 year old neice outside for like 20 minutes and I'm going to be workin out more and stuff later on I might eat something else...How have I done today ??

good job! next time try to have the pbj on whole wheat bread and maybe go for sugar free jelly..good job and you can do it! oh yeah...and why didn't you like your soup? lol
