Ht. 5'5, Wt. 208 - ok my new plan.... do what my brother and father did... both of them lost over 50lbs by not eating lunch... theyd eat ceral for breakfast, which is what my family usual has for breakfast, then no lunch, (well my dad ate a piece of fruit, by brother just had a drink) im gonna just have a drink, and then a regular dinner... like watever my mom cooks or like a salad at a restaurant but im still gonna cut what i eat at dinner in half... plus no snacks... this is gonna cut like 700 calories... i know its not the healthiest way to do this but right now, its the only way. its worked for people i know so wish me luck

Skipping a meal is not good for you and most people who do that find that they eat more later. For a small lunch just eat an apple and a few crackers. Koolaid also has Koolaid Jammers 10 which are 10 calories for each one.
