Reply from Jules, Age 15 - 10/11/05 - IP#: 70.109.218.xxx In response to your question about a healthy weight loss a week, use my method as an example. I am overweight myself. I am 5'6 and weigh about 180 pounds, although it doesn't look that way (I am pretty muscular). I just started a weightloss plan for myself, and maybe you could use it as an example. My goal is 150 pounds by the end of January or February. I am going to try to lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week. I believe that anything more than that isn't healthy and it won't stay off. If you go slowly, you will be able to keep off the weight you lose. If you go too quickly, the weight may come back suddenly. Just remember to eat well and exercise, and don't forget to ask for help if you need it!
