Ht. 5'8, Wt. 178ish - Hi everyone,
I just wanted to ask if I'm doing ok. I started to increase my diet and make it more strict so can you ppl comment and tell me if I'm doing ok. So far today for breakfast I had 1 cup of cereal and a 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I measured it all out so I know exactly. Then I just ate a small salad for lunch it was in a bowl that holds about a cup. I had a little bit of ham, a piece of cheese and 2 baby carrots in it with fat free ranch dressing. For dinner I'll probably have some soup. I went on my XL-glider that my mom bought me and burned 550 calories so far. I'm going to go back on and burn another 450 so I make 1000 calories today. Did I do alright so far???

you need at least 1200 calories a day to keep from starvation unless you have a very slow metabolism(which you will only know if you've seen and asked your doctor- not if you just gain weight easily or something like that) so you should eat up and make sure you're getting enough protien so you can keep the muscle you have to keep up your metabolism!
