Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - hi guys
im 13 and i weight 160 pounds.
and my goal is to be 120
my whole family makes fun of me.
i dont have any friends.
i want to be able to lose 5-8 pounds a week
i try to run but i get tierd when i run bout 2 minuts
so i realy dont know what to do

I agree with Julie.. 2 days ago I was attempting to run a mile.. and when I got to 7 tenths I thought I was gonna die.. but I pushed on.. and when I got to a mile I felt soo good about myself.. keep truckin you'll get there if you try... we all will if we try

You have to push yourself when youre tired. Running is about 90% mental. Just go another minute after you feel like quiting. It'll add up pretty quickly. And you time is completey unattainable, as others had already pointed out.

maybe you should try to aim for a smaller weight loss such as 1-2 lbs a week it sounds so slwo but its worth it

uh uh, 5-8 lbs a week? girl are you kidding me? 5-8 lbs a MONTH sounds good. weight loss is not that fast!!!!
