Reply from Kenzie, Age 13 - 10/15/05 - IP#: 68.222.134.xxx I was on a REALLY strict diet for aabout a month and then I started not doing so good but here I am. I guess the thing is just stick to it as long as you can but you will need a small breakeover every now and then so you don't go crazy
