Still yummy, and you can't eat ANYTHING else. No snacks! Breakfast: Orange Juice and a granola bar Lunch: Salad (with no chicken or fatty dresing) Dinner: Bowl of veggie soup (no noodles or chicken!!!) Breakfast: Apple juice with a bowl of oatmeal Lunch: Veggie burger with SoBe Dinner: Salad Breakfast: Carrot and Apple juice(it's really good if you add more apple!!) Lunch: Carrots and dip with celery Dinner: BAKED (NOT fried..) Chicken. One leg ONLY! With brown or spanish rice. Enjoy!!
Reply from Shekina, Age 17 - 10/15/05 - IP#: 156.56.122.xxx Yeah, start out by cutting your calories down to 1200 a day. It's not that hard, and you will lose a LOT of weight at first :D !!! But once you get down to 200-240, I'm sure you could start working out, cause I could when I weighed 218, but now I'm 204 and it's much easier, so when you lose enough weight, working out will get easier, then you can add that into your daily routine, hope I helped! *~Shekina~*
Reply from Megan, Age 16 - 10/15/05 - IP#: 4.227.247.xxx count cals works but can drive you batty. What I did when I weighed 250 is everytime I'd get a plate full of whatever I normally ate.. I'd cut it in half.. and I'd only eat half.. but inbetween meals I'd snack on an apple or something like that. Generally what I do now is park further from the store enterance and go the long way while walking places. I know you wanted to know about diet and not exercise but taking little steps like that can add up and make you lose a lot of weight.
