Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Hey people....
Okay I need some help I like to drink coffee BUT I put lotssss of sugar in it and its a badddddd habit and I need to stop It's hard to stop and everything But lately I have been doin really good wit exercise and everything I'm proud of myself and I really would like to get down to 120 for right now then after that 100 I am going to push myself to do this and STOP COMPLETLY drinkin coffee and eating all this sugary sh!t I want to feel okay about myself but that wont happen unless I push myself into changeing my habits I plan to exercise 60-120 minutes a day NOT includeing PE and I also plan to change my eating habits especially when I put lots of sugar on cheerios in the morning... but anyway good luck everybody !! *~Montana~*
