well the first step to weight loss is self esteem. dont call yourself fat! just say i need to lose some weight, so ill find a program that is do-able and stick to it until i reach my goal.

what you should do is set ur self a scadual..
like example:
morning: one bowl of seriel with a juice
lunch: boiled chiken and brocli
dinner : looots of salad..
its works for me!!
