Ht. 5"11, Wt. about 230 - if i ate low fat popsickles(sp?) or those banana pops for like a week or something- could i lose weight?? just a thought

Ya know, I wouldn't suggest that Brittany. You can't get your daily vitamins and minerals that way! That kinda plan can backfire on you! I recommended this to another girl as I will you. Go pick up a copy of "The diet for Teenagers only" by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schoroeder. It's a awesome book for guideliness, meal ideas and exercise plans! Look it up!

Hey! You know what, don't strave yourself. Just eat less and eat healthy. Eat ONLY salad, fruits, granola bars, veggie soup, oatmeal and drink lemodade. See results in less than a month! Good Luck!
