Ht. 5'4", Wt. 323 - Hello My name is Lencha. I was never overweight when i was younger but ever since i entered middle school I had a real big urge to eat A LOT. I think I eat like six times more then any other kid during lunch. I'm in highschool now and it is a time for meeting of new people. SO far i've met no one and have only had rude remarks thrown at me. The second day of school was definatly of the worst days in my life. Our school has plastic old chairs so when i went do sit down the chair just CRACKED and it made a loud noise, and when i stood up the chair was barely holding on. I really am trying to stop eating so much but with all these restaurants and stuff it's really hard too. Driving down the street is especially the hardest since there's always a good juicy burger waiting for you...it's making me hungry just thinking about it. :(I really need some support and i wish the rest of you the best of luck on your diets. thanks for listening to me. goodbye.

dont listen to josi or any other jerks out there. I understand what you are going through but the only one that can make you change is yourself. I know its really hard but trust me.. even 10 pounds can make a huge difference. If you have any messangers or want to email feel free. We can lose weight .. I know we can! hey yea if u want that burger i guess it would be ok to to have HALF of it and then split the other for dinner and have salad with each of those meals, so u can split the calories throughout the lunch and dinner times.

mabye you should just order salads and eat in proportions like you can still have burger but break it down and tey to get something healthy to go along with it.
