Ht. 5'7, Wt. 225 - Today i only ate 810 calories and it was all healthy food and protein and it kept me full. is that too few even if i got all the food groups and stuff?

try to eat at least 1000 cals per day. if u know that uve only eaten 800 cals, then eat a chunk of cheese, or milk, or some chicken. dairy and poultry tend to have more cals.

Even if you eat protein, if you don't have enough calories the protein isn't used to keep your muscles, it's just used for energy, so try eating at least 1200 cals. Also, losing weight is long-term, so try not to be so restrictive because it may be harder to stick to for so long. Good job eating healthy!!!
